Norsh makes use of generative artificial intelligence (AI) tools in the creation, editing, or support of certain digital content across its ecosystem, including but not limited to text, images, documentation, and source code.
Some materials available in the Norsh ecosystem may be partially or fully generated or modified with the support of AI models.
AI-generated content may incorporate or be influenced by information from public sources. Due to the nature of generative models, it is not possible to guarantee complete traceability.
Norsh does not guarantee that AI-assisted content is free from unintentional references, reproductions, or similarities to public materials. The responsibility to review, verify, and decide on the use of such content rests with the user.
All content, materials, or deliverables generated or edited with the support of AI for the purpose of Norsh, including but not limited to text, documentation, images, and source code, become the exclusive property of Norsh from the moment they are created, published, or incorporated into Norsh's systems.
The direction, curation, and final approval of AI-generated or AI-assisted content are performed by Norsh’s technical and business teams, ensuring alignment with internal standards, strategic goals, and quality controls.
No rights or claims over content created for Norsh with the support of AI may be asserted by the AI provider, platform, or external parties, regardless of the tool or process used.
The use of AI for adaptation or redistribution of Norsh content does not grant ownership or rights to the user.
If you identify any content in the Norsh ecosystem generated by AI that, in essence, may infringe legal requirements, please contact our compliance channel. Reported content will be reviewed and, if appropriate, removed or modified.
This notice may be updated at any time to reflect changes in operational practices, technology use, or legal requirements involving artificial intelligence.
