Through its network of web properties and blockchain infrastructure, Norsh provides access to a variety of solutions, including developer tools, download areas, communication forums, integration interfaces, registration and management of digital assets, smart elements (programmable contracts), token issuance, immutable data storage, transaction recording, and other blockchain-related functionalities (“Services” or “Products”). All Products and Services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and/or the addition of new web properties, are subject to these Terms.
Personal and Non-Commercial Use#
Unless otherwise specified, Products and Services are intended for personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or commercialize any information, solution, product, data, or service obtained through the Services, except as expressly authorized by Norsh.Privacy and Personal Data Protection#

All content included in or made available through Norsh Products and Services, such as text, graphics, logos, icons, images, sounds, music, digital downloads, data compilations, tools, scripts, documentation, and blockchain data, is the exclusive property of Norsh or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright, trademark, patent, and unfair competition laws in the United States, Brazil, and internationally. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by Norsh, its licensors, suppliers, or other rights holders.Blockchain#
Norsh provides its blockchain infrastructure, interfaces, and tools as a service and solution for the registration, management, and consultation of data, assets, contracts, transactions, and digital tokens. Using the Norsh blockchain implies the following:All operations, transactions, and records performed are public, traceable, and immutable, except where it is explicitly documented that data is private, encrypted, or fragmented;
Integration tools, APIs, SDKs, interfaces, and smart elements are provided as part of the blockchain solution;
The user is responsible for the security and use of private keys and access credentials, as well as for the content, lawfulness, and purpose of any data recorded or published;
Use of blockchain functionalities, as well as access, queries, asset issuance, script execution, or smart elements, is subject to compliance with these Terms, technical standards, and applicable laws;
Any third-party code, script, or integration used in connection with the Norsh infrastructure is licensed solely by its respective owner, and Norsh bears no liability for the operation, security, or results produced by such elements.
Documents#
Use of Documents (such as white papers, press releases, datasheets, manuals, and FAQs) from Norsh Products and Services is permitted provided that:1.
The copyright notice below appears in all copies and both the copyright and permission notices are present;

Unless otherwise specified in a separate license, use is exclusively informational, personal, and non-commercial, with no network copies or media dissemination;

No Document is modified. Accredited educational institutions may download and reproduce Documents for classroom distribution; distribution outside that context requires written permission. Use for any other purpose is strictly prohibited by law.
Representations and Warranties#
Products, services, solutions, tools, and integrations offered by Norsh have limited warranties only as expressly set forth in the relevant documentation. Except as expressly stated in contracts or official documents, Norsh disclaims all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Any tools or utilities provided are made available “as is,” and Norsh does not warrant their accuracy, results, continuity, or fitness for specific purposes. Users and integrators must respect third-party rights when using any platform feature.Norsh and/or its suppliers do not guarantee the suitability of any information, documents, data, or graphics published through its Products and Services for any purpose. All materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Norsh shall not be liable for any damages arising from use, data loss, or loss of profits, whether in contract action, negligence, or otherwise, in connection with the use or performance of any functionality, document, data, or information available through the Services.Published documents and graphics may contain technical or typographical errors. Changes and improvements may be made at any time.Limitation of Liability#
Under no circumstances shall Norsh, its partners, or suppliers be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any damages resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in contract, negligence, or otherwise, arising out of the use or performance of the Products, Services, documents, features, provision or failure to provide services, or information made available.User Account, Password, and Security#
If any Product or Service requires the creation of an account, you must provide complete, current, and accurate information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, and for all activities conducted under your account. Notify Norsh immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach. Norsh is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorized account use, but you may be liable for losses suffered by Norsh or third parties due to misuse. Do not use another person’s account without permission.Unlawful or Prohibited Use#
As a condition of using the Products and Services, you will not use them for any unlawful or prohibited purpose under these Terms. You may not harm, overload, or interfere with Norsh servers, networks, or blockchain, attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, elements, or features, obtain materials or information by means not intentionally made available, or modify, alter, or attempt to alter the Products, Services, or these Terms.Use of Products and Services#
Norsh Products and Services may include functionalities such as:Issuance and registration of digital assets and tokens
Execution of smart elements (programmable elements)
Consultation and validation of public or private transactions
APIs for system integration and automation
Management of permissions, roles, and keys
Infrastructure for immutable operations and high-reliability records
Support for temporal and logical sharding, mining, and programmable governance
Using the platform for spam, attacks, network manipulation, or record pollution
Defamation, abuse, harassment, stalking, threats, or violation of third-party rights
Publishing or disseminating inappropriate, obscene, illegal, or protected material without permission
Uploading files containing viruses, malware, or any software that may damage systems, data, or property
Violating applicable laws, impersonation, or unauthorized collection of third-party information
Restricting or inhibiting other users from using the Products and Services
Artificial Intelligence Services#
“AI Services” are features or resources labeled or described by Norsh as including, using, or being powered by Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) systems.Reverse engineering: You may not use AI services to discover underlying components, algorithms, or systems.
Data extraction: Do not use scraping, harvesting, or data extraction methods with AI services.
Usage limits: Do not use AI services or data derived from them to create, train, or improve other AI services.
Content usage: Norsh may process and store inputs and outputs for monitoring and preventing abusive or harmful use.
Third-party claims: You are responsible for addressing any third-party claims regarding your use of AI services in accordance with applicable law.
Materials Provided to Norsh or Posted on Norsh Sites#
Norsh does not claim ownership of materials you provide (including feedback and suggestions) or post on any Product or Service for public or community review (“Submission” or “Submissions”). By posting, sending, or making your Submissions available, you grant Norsh and its affiliates permission to use such materials in connection with their operations, including the rights to copy, distribute, transmit, publicly display, edit, translate, and sublicense such rights. No compensation will be due for the use of these materials.By posting a Submission, you warrant that you own or control all necessary rights, including copyright and image rights, and have obtained third-party consent where applicable.Copyright Notices#
