Scheduled Maintenance Notice

Norsh Scheduled Maintenance Policy#

Norsh maintains a calendar of planned maintenance activities that are known in advance due to technical and operational roadmaps. These activities are essential to ensure stability, scalability, and security across the ecosystem.

Scope and Limitations#

The activities listed below are planned and communicated in advance, but may be rescheduled according to operational priorities or external dependencies.
Estimated downtime refers to the maximum expected service unavailability; actual downtime may be shorter.
SLA impact is calculated against the annual availability commitment and is provided when downtime is anticipated.

Scheduled Maintenance List#

Each planned activity includes the following details:

Operation Type#

Automated – Execution is fully automated, without requiring human intervention.
Manual – Execution requires explicit human intervention to be completed.
Both – Execution is hybrid: part of the process is automated, but it requires human supervision or a manual trigger.

Field Definitions#

Date (UTC) – The scheduled start date and time of the maintenance window, formatted as MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS (24-hour clock).
Activity Description – The purpose and nature of the maintenance.
Estimated Duration – Total time expected to complete the activity.
Estimated Downtime – Expected time of service unavailability (if any).
SLA Impact – Percentage of the annual SLA potentially consumed by the downtime.
Operation Type – Indicates whether the execution is Automated, Manual, or Both.
